Evaluasi Pengelolaan Sampah pada Bank Sampah Induk Kalpataru Kabupaten Lumajang dalam Mendukung Ekonomi Sirkular

Bertambahnya jumlah penduduk berdampak secara langsung terhadap jumlah timbulan sampah. Pola konsumsi masyarakat yang instan turut mempengaruhi komposisi dan karakteristik sampah. Salah satu bentuk solusi dan upaya pengurangan sampah dengan menerapkan prinsip 3R (reduce, reuse, dan recycle) sebagai sarana edukasi, perubahan perilaku dalam pengelolaan sampah, dan pelaksanaan ekonomi sirkular, yang dikelola oleh masyarakat, badan usaha, dan/atau pemerintah daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pengelolaan sampah pada bank sampah induk kalpataru kabupaten lumajang dalam mendukung ekonomi sirkular. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan konteks dan nuansa yang lebih kaya bagi peneliti. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, hal-hal yang sulit diungkapkan dalam angka dapat ditemukan dan dieksplorasi melalui analisis teks, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Logical Frameworks (kerangka kerja logis). Berdasarkan hasil observasi di bank sampah induk Kalpataru, pengelolaan sampah di bank sampah mendapatkan skor 70%, kategori kurang. Sementara fasilitas di bank sampah induk Kalpataru mendapatkan skor 63%, kategori kurang. Hasil observasi terhadap tata kelola bank sampah induk Kalpataru mendapatkan skor 44%,kategori sangat kurang. Diperlukan evaluasi dan pelaporan tertulis dan lengkap untuk mengetahui kinerja bank sampah secara keseluruhan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah pada bank sampah induk Kalpataru .
