ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA Nyâ€S†GIII P2002 TRIMESTER III DENGAN LETAK LINTANG DI RSI NASHRUL UMMAH LAMONGAN TAHUN 2015

Metode yang dipakai dalam penyusunan laporan hasil penelitian ini deskripsi observasi dengan pendekatan kohort mulai dari kehamilan sampai kontrasepsi menggunakan manajemen SOAP pada pengkajian data diperoleh melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, baik secara primer atau skunder.
Berdasarkan hasil asuhan kebidanan pada Ny “S†dengan GIII P2002 trimester III dengan letak lintang terdapat kesenjangan dalam penatalaksanaan versi luar alami dengan gerakan sujud.
Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus diperoleh data bahwa versi luar alami dengan gerakan sujud tidak selalu berhasil untuk merubah posisi lintang menjadi kepala, hal ini sesuai dengan teori menurut wahid (2008) kemungkinannya kembali ke posisi normal, berkisar sekitar 92 persen.
Peran petugas kesehatan dalam upaya mendukung kesehatan ibu hamil letak lintang dengan cara dapat mengoptimalkan dalam melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada kehamilan letak lintang dengan manajemen kebidanan SOAP.
