Hubungan Dukungan Suami dan Paritas Dengan Mobilisasi Dini Pada Ibu Post SC Di RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan

Sectio caesarea merupakan pembedahan untuk melahirkan janin melalui insisi pada dinding perut dan dinding uterus. Mobilisasi dini merupakan faktor yang menonjol dalam mempercepat pemulihan pasca bedah. Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan apakah terdapat hubungan dukungan suami dan paritas dengan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post SC di RSI Nashrul Ummah Lamongan Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Analitik Korelasi. Tekhnik sampling yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. dengan sampel sebanyak 32 Orang. Teknik analisa dengan uji spearman rho. Hasil analisa menunjukkan variabel dukungan suami nilai p = 0,000 berarti p < α (0,05), variabel paritas nilai p = 0,000 berarti p < α (0,05) keduanya membuktikan H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat Hubungan Antara Dukungan Suami Dan Paritas Dengan Tindakan Mobilisasi Dini Pada Ibu SC. Dengan pendampingan dari suami dan pengalaman menjalani masa nifas sebelumnya ibu diharapkan memiliki kesiapan untuk segera dapat melakukan mobilisasi dini yang sangat bermanfaat dalam proses penyembuhan luka pasca oprasi.
