Analisis Kebutuhan Air Bersih Gedung Perkantoran RSUD Dr. Soetomo

Air adalah sumber energi alami yang dibutuhkan untuk kehidupan semua makhluk hidup. Selama ini fokus penelitian analisis yang dominan dilakukan adalah pada unit-unit pelayanan. Sedangkan di rumah sakit terdapat banyak unit yang juga harus diperhatikan dalam penyediaan air bersih, salah satunya adalah unit perkantoran. berdasarkan data pegawai RSUD Dr. Soetomo, jumlah total pegawai mencapai 6.174 pegawai. dalam menjamin kecukupan pasokan air bersih di seluruh unit di RSUD Dr. Soetomo, sehingga diperlukan perhitungan kebutuhan air bersih di perkantoran agar analisis lebih akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan air bersih di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif analitik observasional, pada desain ini peneliti melakukan pengamatan atau observasi melalui, pengisian kuesioner dan telaah dokumen seperti dokumen amdal atau dokumen lingkungan tanpa memberikan perlakuan-perlakuan tertentu. Total kebutuhan air bersih di gedung perkantoran RSUD Dr. Soetomo pada masing-masing variabel adalah sebesar 69.360 liter/orang/hari untuk pemakaian karyawan, untuk pemakaian wastafel sebesar 17.340 liter/hari, untuk pemakaian kloset sebesar 23.120 liter/hari sedangkan untuk pemakaian kamar mandi sebesar 43.350 liter/hari. Analisis kebutuhan air bersih ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi rumah sakit dalam memperhatikan kebutuhan air bersih selama ini di dalam gedung perkantoran, dimana pada pusat kegiatan perkantoran tentunya akan membutuhkan air untuk menunjang segala aktivitas di dalamnya.
