Kinerja Bidan Dengan Peran Serta Ibu Hamil Dalam Melakukan Kunjungan ANC Di Puskesmas Semanding Kabupaten Tuban

Latar Belakang : Berdasarkan dari survey awal melalui wawancara dengan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Semanding Kabupaten Tuban, diketahui bahwa ibu hamil tidak melakukan kunjungan ANC karena bidan kurang kooperatif dalam memberikan informasi kunjungan ANC. Hal seperti itu yang menyebabkan perbedaan kinerja bidan pada tiap-tiap ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Serta Masyarakat Dengan Kinerja Bidan di puskesmas Semanding Kabupaten Tuban. Metode : Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasinya sebesar 85 ibu hamil melakukan kunjungan ANC sesuai dengan standart. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan besar sampel 70 ibu hamil. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil : Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan responden ibu hamil aktif yang mengatakan kinerja bidan baik sebesar 23 (76,7%), dan responden yang tidak aktif mengatakan kinerja bidan kurang sebesar 17 (73,9%). Hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai r = 0,000 < α = 0,05, maka H0 ditolak artinya terdapat korelasi yang signifikan Antara Kinerja Bidan Dengan Peran Serta Ibu Hamil Dalam Melakukan Kunjungan ANC Di Puskesmas Semanding Kabupaten Tuban. Kesimpulan : Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat Korelasi Antara Kinerja Bidan Dengan Peran Serta Ibu Hamil Dalam Melakukan Kunjungan ANC Di Puskesmas Semanding Kabupaten Tuban. sehingga bidan harus memperbaiki kinerjanya dan memberikan penyuluhan dan informasi pada ibu hamil agar ibu hamil berperan dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC di Puskesmas.
