Kualitas Penerapan Higiene Sanitasi (Studi Kasus: Kantin Universitas "X" Lamongan)

Kurangnya penerapan higiene sanitasi pada penjual di kantin Universitas “X†Lamongan maka perlu dilakukan observasi pada kantin Universitas “X†Lamongan. Sehingga dapat mempengaruhi faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan higiene sanitasi di kampus Universitas “X†Lamongan. penelitian ini bersifat penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari hingga Juni 2020 di 7 kantin Universitas “X†Lamongan. Pada penelitian ini karakteristik responden seperti umur, jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi penerapan higiene sanitasi di kantin Universitas “X†Lamongan. Berbeda dengan tingkat pengetahuan dan kondisi lingkungan kantin Universitas “X†Lamongan yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan higiene sanitasi di kantin Universitas “X†Lamongan. Pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya di tambahkan uji makanan dan minuman yang dijual di kantin Universitas “X†Lamongan sehingga dapat mengetahui makanan dan minuman terkontaminasi atau tidak.
