Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Inspeksi Sanitasi Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tambak Wedi Kota Surabaya Tahun 2020-2022

Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang (DAMIU) merupakan badan usaha yang mengelola air minum untuk kebutuhan konsumsi masyarakat dalam bentuk curah dan tidak dalam bentuk kemasan. Berdasarkan profil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya tahun 2019-2021, Puskesmas Tambak Wedi termasuk 10 besar dalam kategori rendahnya tingkat hasil inspeksi sanitasi DAMIU selama 3 tahun yakni dari 2019-2021. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya bahwa pada tahun 2019 tidak memenuhi syarat 53,85%. Pada tahun 2020 tidak memenuhi syarat 44,44%. Pada tahun 2021 tidak memenuhi syarat 54,44%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi pelaksanaan inspeksi sanitasi DAMIU di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tambak Wedi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa dan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem infomasi manajemen dengan mengevaluasi pada variabel input, proses, output dan outcame kegiatan pelaksanaan inspeksi sanitasi manajemen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pada komponen input yang meliputi: rencana kerja memperoleh kategori baik, kebijakan memperoleh kategori baik. Sumber daya manusia yang meliputi: kepala puskesmas kategori baik, sanitarian kategori baik, anggaran kategori baik, metode inspeksi kategori baik, sarana prasarana ketegori baik. Komponen proses yang meliputi: perencanaan pelaksanaan memperoleh kategori baik, pelaksanaan inspeksi sanitasi memperoleh kategori baik, hasil pelaksanaan memperoleh kategori baik, pembinaan karyawan kategori kurang, pengolahan air baku kategori baik, perilaku penjamah, pembersihan gallon/outlet kategori baik, pemeriksaan laboratorium berkala baik. Komponen output: evaluasi pelaksanaan inspeksi kategori baik. Komponen outcome (kualitas air minum isi ulang) kategori kurang. Sehingga perlunya intensifitas dalam pembinaan karyawan DAMIU dan penambahan jumlah personil sanitarian puskesmas.
