Status Mutu Kualitas Air Sungai Kaliotik Saat Musim Kemarau dengan Metode Storet

Tingginya aktivitas pemukiman dan kegiatan pasar disekitar Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Kaliotik akan menimbulkan permasalahan pencemaran lingkungan. Metode storet digunakan karena dapat membantu menganalisis sumber pencemaran air sungai dari 3 lokasi pengambilan sampel air (stasiun 1 mewakili pemukiman, stasiun 2 mewakili kawasan industri (pasar ikan) dan stasiun 3 mewakili sektor pertanian), dimana lokasi-lokasi tersebut mewakili kegiatan masyarakat disekitar DAS. Status mutu air dibagi menjadi empat kriteria, yaitu memenuhi baku mutu, tercemar ringan, tercemar sedang, dan tercemar berat. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas air Sungai Kaliotik menggunakan metode storet. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode storet yang mengacu pada KepmenLHK No. 115 Tahun 2003. Penghitungan merode storet menggunakan data komposit dari stasiun 1, 2, dan 3. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan deskritif kuantitatif, dengan observasi lapangan dan analisis hasil laboratorium. Parameter yang diuji meliputi suhu, TSS, TDS, kekeruhan, pH, DO, COD, BOD, nitrat, amoniak, fosfat. Pengambilan sampel pada musim kemarau memiliki akurasi yang lebih baik dari pada musim hujan, karena polutan tidak terdipersi oleh air hujan. Penentuan status mutu air Sungai Kaliotik menggunakan metode storet pada semua parameter, dengan jumlah semua skor adalah -144. Artinya Sungai Kaliotik mempunyai status mutu yang buruk untuk peruntukkan golongan C (PP20/1990).
