HUBUNGAN PANTANG MAKANAN PADA IBU NIFAS DENGAN PERCEPATAN INVOLUSI UTERUS PADA HARI KE 7 POST PARTUM

Desain penelitian studi korelasi dengan pendekatan Kohort. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu nifas yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 30 orang dan besar sampel 28 orang. Pemilihan sampel dengan tehnik sampling Probability Sampling tipe Simple Random Sampling.
Hasil uji statistik chi square dengan hasil ï£2 hitung (17,93) > ï£2 tabel (3,841). Yang artinya H0 ditolak berarti ada hubungan antara pantang makanan pada ibu nifas dengan percepatan involusi uterus pada hari ke-7 post partum. Tingkat kemaknaan dalam penelitian ini adalah α ï‚£ 0,05 artinya bila nilai α ï‚£ 0,05 maka Ho ditolak berarti ada singnifikan atau hubungan yang bermakna antara variable yang diukur. Bila nilai α  0,05 maka H0 diterima artinya tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel yang diukur.
Oleh karena itu ibu nifas hendaknya lebih memahami tentang pantang makanan selama masa nifas. Diharapkan bidan sebagai tenaga kesehatan mampu melakukan pendekatan dan penyuluhan secara periodik sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan informasi yang benar tentang bahaya pantang makanan selama masa nifas.
