Tingkat Pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur Tentang Sadari Dalam Upaya Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara

Banyak wanita penderita kanker payudara, baru mengetahui bahwa dirinya menderita kanker payudara saat sudah memasuki stadium lanjut, sehingga pengobatannya tidak dapat adekuat atau tepat dengan kesembuhan prima. Sebenarnya segala kelainan pada payudara dapat dideteksi sendiri oleh setiap wanita dengan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI), tetapi pada umumnya masih banyak wanita yang tidak mengetahui apa itu SADARI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur tentang SADARI dalam upaya deteksi dini kanker payudara di desa Winong Kecamatan Jetis Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah wanita usia subur di Dusun Pandanderek Desa Winong Kecamatan Jetis Kabupaten Ponorogo. sebanyak 252 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 38 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 18 orang (47,4%), dan sebagian kecil memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 3 orang (7,9%).
