Analisis Penerapan Produksi Bersih (Cleaner Production) dengan Metode Quick Scanning pada Industri Keramik di Mojokerto

Pada salah satu pabrik keramik di Mojokerto ini terdapat 11 tahapan proses produksi yang dibagi dalam 4 tahapan utamanya yaitu tahapan body preparation, pengglasiran, pembakaran dan pengemasan. Sehingga dihasilkan limbah berupa loss raw material, loss powder kering, green body, afal keramik, cooling water, waterglass, afal scrapper, afal glaze, tumpahan oli mesin dan tumpahan tinta. Telah dilakukan penggunaan kembali limbah green body, afal keramik, afal scrapper, afal glaze dan waterglass, namun limbah lainnya belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga dilakukan analisis terkait penerapan produksi bersih ini untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan limbah yang ada, meminimalisir terjadinya limbah dan mengefisiensikan produktivitas produksi. Setelah dilakukan analisis dengan metode quickscanning dan wawancara dengan setiap penanggungjawab tahapan produksi, didapatkan beberapa opsi penerapan produksi bersih yang dapat diterapkan yaitu dengan metode Good Housekeeping, Reuse, Recycle, Pencegahan (Elimination) dan Modifikasi Proses. Kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) untuk mengetahui skala penerapan produksi bersih tersebut, didapatkan bahwa dari 6 opsi yang diajukan memiliki rentang nilai MPE antara 4,920 hingga 6,580 dengan nilai MPE 4,920 memiliki skala 1 atau tidak penting, nilai MPE 5,896; 5,914 dan 5,645 memiliki skala 2 atau penting dan nilai MPE 6,210 dan 6,580 memiliki skala 3 atau sangat penting.
