Pengaruh Jenis Atraktan Terhadap Kepadatan Nyamuk Stadium Dewasa di SD Negeri Made 1 No. 475

Nyamuk merupakan vektor penyakit yang dapat menimbulkan dampak merugikan bagi kesehatan manusia. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menarik nyamuk yaitu penggunaan atraktan yang menghasilkan bau senyawa volatil yang khas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepadatan nyamuk berdasarkan jenis dan jenis kelamin serta mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan jenis atraktan (air rendaman jerami dan fermentasi air gula merah) terhadap kepadatan nyamuk stadium dewasa di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan posttest-only control group design. Waktu penelitian adalah Juli hingga Desember 2025. Pengambilan sampel diambil di SD Negeri Made 1 No. 475. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan 9 kali menggunakan light trap. Perlakuan pemberian atraktan berupa air rendaman jerami dan fermentasi air gula merah. Nyamuk yang tertangkap diidentifikasi dan dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenis serta jenis kelamin nyamuk sebelum dilakukan analisis data. Hasil menunjukkan hanya Culex sp. yang terperangkap (237 individu), dengan distribusi jantan 133 dan betina 104. Analisis statistik (Kruskal-Wallis untuk jantan, ANOVA untuk betina) menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antar perlakuan (p>0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah jenis nyamuk yang ditemukan yaitu Culex sp. kelamin jantan dan betina. Selain itu, tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara penggunaan atraktan terhadap kepadatan nyamuk stadium dewasa di SD Negeri Made 1 No. 475.
